Error Log -

Two-part question:
1. Is the error log accessible outside of CPANEL?
2. I'm getting errors like the following:
[error] [client x.x.x.x] File does not exist: /home/account/public_html/U16F05_files/editdata.mso
[error] [client x.x.x.x] File does not exist: /home/account/public_html/U16F05_files/filelist.xml
[error] [client x.x.x.x] File does not exist: /home/account/public_html/_vti_bin/shtml.exe/_vti_rpc I tried to redirect these to an empty file, but that doesn't seem to work. Any ideas?
