Put in some support tickets. Call Page-Zone and leave a message. Do whatever you can to make your feelings known directly to Jim Snapes.
They
have to fix this. I don't want to move my site because it is a huge messy job that will break all kinds of stuff. So I have to put up with it.
Remember also that this is a very low-budget hosting service and these issues are part of the cost of doing business with them
