Forwarding mail to AOL then reporting it as spam. -

Please do not forward spam mail to an AOL account then turn it in as spam to AOL. AOL then assumes YOUR domain on our server is spamming and blocks the server. It is a weakness in AOL's spam reporting "feature" which gets the server blacklisted at AOL for days at a time.
We are signed up at AOL to be notified if spam is reported from any of our servers but if the reporting hits a certain threshhold they will block the server until we call and open a ticket, and the ticket is manually resolved.
Any customer who forwards email or causes a server to be blocked at AOL will be suspended until the server is cleared. This usually takes 4 days to 2 weeks.
Our terms of service has been updated prohibiting any mailing list from containing AOL email addresses on it.
