Too many spammers, and zero tolerance for them here have caused us to take one more step in eliminating them. The 10+1 question worked for a while to get rid of automated bots. But the spammers are now manually registering, so we will just manually approve or deny them.
The best way to do that is just ping the domain name they enter and see if it resolves to one of our servers. If not, the registration won't be approved.
Easy enough. But it is a required field, so all currently registered members will need to fill in the field in their profile. Sorry for having to add that hoop to current customers.
