The uptime meter is here:

It isn't overly fancy, and basicly just an Iframe to each server running a cron job that prints out the uptime and server load every fifteen minutes.
Luckily all of the servers typically
just run without incident, and get rebooted purposely after a kernel update every month or two, or three (as needed).
Since they were all rebooted with the exception of one today, the uptimes will reflect that.
This is basicly what the output means:
