It does not need any DB installed and realise all abilities of high-level CMS like modularity, templates, users management, advanced rights system and package of main modules like articles, news, guestbook, minichat, filearchive and others.ReloadCMS is a full-featured, small, simple and flexible Content Management System for web sites.
ReloadCMS was designed for small and medium projects that need CMS that will run even on a cheap servers. ReloadCMS main features are:
