Where are all these wonderful tools? -

In other posts across the forums, I'm finding stuff about spam settings in cPanel, and all the wonderful (and some not so wonderful) things that are going on to cut spam. I started this thread as I couldn't find any of the spam tools everyone else is talking about. 2 months later, and I still can't find them.
I had given up getting any info. But when SpamAssassin took over 74 and started flagging 95% of my incoming mail as "****** SPAM ********" I had to come back and ask...
Where are all of those wonderful spam control tools hidden in cPanel???
Here are the choices I have on the left side of the cPanel "Email" section:
POP email accounts
Read your email (Neomail)
Read your email (Horde)
Read your email (Squirrelmail)
Default address
Autoresponders
Domain Email Forwarders
Forwarders
Mailing lists
Email filters
Spam Assassin
Modify MX entry
The only one that I can find is Spam Assassin. Ah yes, the one tool that is demon (not daemon) possessed. How does one turn it off? Click on the "Disable Spam Assassin" button? Nope. It ENABLES it. Clicking on "Enable Spam Assassin" enables it. Go figure.
I really don't want Spam Assassin (or anything else) that I have NO control over to decide which incoming email is blocked, adulterated, etc. I've built my own local tools to deal with the spam I do get.
The "Email Management Tools" others rave about are not in the cPanel on 74, despite the assertion that those tools are now on every server.
Anybody able to read this? Or has Spam Assassin assassinated me?
