Mail Filtering

I'd appreciate some clarification here. The announcement for the implementation for MailScanner said that all spam would be delivered (or something to that affect). I have't used the MailScanner setting yet to delete high scoring spam yet, but am interested in blocking some messages that contain specific messages. Is the Mail Filtering available at cpanel still working? I added a rule yesterday to delete any messages with the word "mediactions", but I still had a message or two with this word come through. Thanks.

I had problems with spam not being flagged, but I'm told that's because my old cpanel filters were interferring and that I should delete them. Just a head's up for others.
