External DNS

I want to switch DNS for my domain to an external (non Page Zone) service.

I've got the external service up and running and my domain registration is pointing to those nameservers.

My question is, should I actually delete the DNS zone on my Page Zone account?

I never deleted the Page-Zone DNS entries from my WHM and the third party DNS is working fine.

As a fall-back, leaving those Page-Zone DNS entries in WHM gives you the option to change settings at your Registrar to go back to the Page-Zone DNS too.
