south bend servers

I lost connection to my sites on old server 16 around 7:30.
The new server status page is blank and the old server status page isn't coming up at all.

When I run a traceroute from my desktop, but I'm not able to reach any sites with a browser.

At 8:28 I can reach the South Bend servers again and the Server Status page is back up now.

Same exact thing for me in California for at least 1 1/2 hrs. No access to Web server or mail server or CPanel or WHM. Blank status pages, etc. Came back at the same time. Let us hope it is back online for a while now. BTW, I am on sb-64.

Wonder what happened and what fixed it??? I did send a ticket at ~7:58.

I was able to enter a trouble ticket on the support page too (and got the usual auto reply "test completed").

I'm sure Jim will have details later, but it looks like everything is working for me again on sb-24.

I got the "test completed" email too. What's up with that? Pretty cryptic. How long has that been going on?
