problem with outlook

I couldn´t configure an account in outlook to used it instead of horde or neon. The autoconfig script doesn´t works (I´ve read others have the same problem).
Neither configuring the account manually, works: I can receive e-mails in outlook but I can´t send them.

If you can recieve but not send your ISP is likely blocking port 25.
