You don't need to put the second line, as that is the default. See

According to
http://www.submitcorner.com/Guide/Meta/revisit.shtml (and other pages I found on
google), the tag is "revisit-after". Some of the forums I read said this tag is pretty much useless.
And yes, you would have to put the revisit-after tag on each page. However, the search engines will follow the links to the rest of the pages of your site, and your whole site will be indexed. (Unless, of course, you disable spidering of your site with robots.txt or meta tags.)
