Reseller and OsCommerce questions

I am interested about getting into reselling, but have a few questions.

1. After signing up for the plans, will my customers be able to get the add-on scripts for free, or will there be an activation charge?

2. On the my Oscommerce cart first page, it states that this a test site whatever you order will not be shipped. How do I get rid of that part? I seeed to have looked everywhere to find out how, but with no luck. Thanks!

Yes, you have the ability to give out the addon scripts at no charge from us.
