We have recieved two help desk tickets recently from people concerned that when they create an account in WHM they are seeing this:
Notifcation => jsnapehsd(at)earthlink.net via EMAIL [level => 3]
The instant thought is who is this person and why are they getting an email.

Our servers are set up to notify us every time something significant happens on a server. That address goes to an account that collects the information into a database at our office. On all servers combined we get about 10,000 emails a week to that account.
