Delete which directories?

If I have gotten a different style cart for our website, and had previouisly installed both the Agora and the Interchange, which sets of directories can I safely delete without altering anything else within the site since these seem to intergrate so fully into the site with multiple directories and sub-directories?

So you must have done OK, I wont bore you with details you know already.

May I suggest that you look at osCommerce. While not at the enterprise level of RedHat Interchange is is a whole world above agora(bleh!). osCommerce has very good support via its website and forums plus there are numerour add-ons to do just about anything you would wish.
