Server down?

hello.

I have had no service for the last 3 hs. I get this message in the Network Status Monitor:

2003-06-03 00:39:47 - *******11
Server is up, but the network connecting it is down. The data center is currently working to restore the network operation

Is there any forecast about a solution?

It hasn't been down today. That message was from a couple days ago and hasn't been taken down yet.

I am having the same problem. I did a traceroute to the server and could not get past router 168.215.172.42 which is named hagg-01-ge-0-3-0.hsto.twtelcom.net

It looks like Time Warner's network. If you give the full trace output I can give it to the data center and they could contact them to maybe get the problem fixed. It is a routing problem off of our network so it depends upon TW's willingness to quickly correct it.
