Question help desk ticket turnaround time - 06-26-2003, 12:38 AM

I submitted a help desk ticket 2 days ago and haven't heard a response yet. I listed it as a priority 4 because I want to upgrade my account and order another service. I'm not complaining but I am anxious to make these changes. Any idea on the average turnaround time for a ticket?

My tickets have been answered within a few hours at most for the low priority ones...you may want to resubmit it in case it got lost in the shuffle.

all my help tickets are answered promptly...I still remember one on a holiday weekend answered in 15 mins!

Suggest you resubmit in case it was eaten by a cyberdog.

Mine was answered in about 2 days. I did post it as a priority 4 so that seems right. If am as anxious next time, I'll bump it up a little. Thanks!
