PHP Mail Function AntiAbuse Header - 07-03-2003, 11:36 AM

I have used the PHP Mail function before on other hosts and my development server. I just tried it on my first Page-Zone web and an "AntiAbuse" set of headers are showing up in the body of the message. The AntiAbuse headers sound like a good thing but they should be hidden in the headers and not show up in the body of the email.

Here is what I see:
Message-Id: <E19Y50W-0007jh-00@serve.*******11.net>
Date: Thu, 03 Jul 2003 09:24:20 -0500
X-AntiAbuse: This header was added to track abuse, please include it with any abuse report
X-AntiAbuse: Primary Hostname - serve.*******11.net
X-AntiAbuse: Original Domain - smpweb.com
X-AntiAbuse: Originator/Caller UID/GID - [99 99] / [99 99]
X-AntiAbuse: Sender Address Domain - serve.*******11.net
Return-Path: nobody@serve.*******11.net

There should be a Murphy's corollary that says "Once you have given up looking and ask for help, and then look one more time just in case, you will find the answer."

See: http://www.page-zone.com/forums/show...=&threadid=581

Make sure your headers end with just \n and not \r\n.
