secure login for cpanel and webmail?

I'm concerned that there does not seem to a secure login to Cpanel, or to webmail. Apologies if I'm missing something obvious, but it seems that Cpanel at least should have a secure login.

There is a secure login for email, look at the bottom of the webmail login page.


Don't know about a secure login page for Cpanel. That would be good to have.
