Agora Shopping Cart

I have just tried to install the Agora Shopping Cart system. I was able to use the forum help to get to the shopping cart area of my website. I immediately get an error that reads:

"Looks like cookies are not working for the manager, logins from muliple IP addresses simultaneously are not enabled. Often this happens when the main store settings (URL path info) are not properly set, check them now!"

I have no idea what that means, so I clicked on the URL listed on that page for the home website of agora (agoracgi.com). It immediately redirects me to this page:

http://www.agoracgi.com/mb.php?D=958...t&K2=&PROV=-OV

Which obviously is nothing but an advertising website.

Can someone answer a few questions for me?:
Is the documentation for the AGORA cart that comes free with our Page Zone hosting plans still a valid software package?
If so, is the documentation for it at www.agoracart.com?
What version is it?
I installed the Agora system in the folder agora in my publichtml folder. Is that correct. In other words www.xxxxxx.com/agora/
Why am I getting that error?

Sharon,

I decided on osCommerce... so far so good, it's been up a couple of months taking orders and works well. If you're not totally enchanted with Agora you may want to check it out.

I have started a demo at http://www.hillbloom.com
that shows some of the add-ons available like the nav tabs, newsletter manager, multiple picture manager and advertising boxs, which I rehacked to make multiple ad boxes. Its fairly easy really.

Looks nice. I have a few thoughts on it, though. Stay away from blue text as a description. And based on older conventions, how will people know what to click on in the screen. Should there be a short explanation to peruse the screen with your mouse and click on the links for further information? I gotta tell you though, I like the additions and I certainly like the colors, layout, tabs. Very nice presentation.
