Jim,

One of my clients under my reseller plan cannot receive emails for 3 days. She is very very angry and threat to sue me.

Hi all,

The support from Page-Zone.com is really great! The problem is solved. Thanks to the technical support of PZ.

P.S. The problem is caused by the user herself. She set the email filtering not allow all emails to come through! She is a real bad customer - a beast actually. She already reported to our Consumer Counsil about our "poor service". She also post our "poor service" to many newsgroups. We have a few days interview with the Consumer Counsil next week... waste our time... But I will kick her out in our customer list.
