Anyone unable to send mail to AOL?

I'm unable to send mail to AOL accounts. This just started happening recently.

The error message is as follows:

The address to which the message has not yet been delivered is:

xxxxxxxx@aol.com
Delay reason: SMTP error from remote mailer after MAIL FROM:<omkar@serve.*******9.net>:
host mailin-01.mx.aol.com [152.163.224.26]: 421 SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE, TEMPORARY DNS FAILURE

Is that the whole error message? A Google search for '421 SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE, TEMPORARY DNS FAILURE' returns several pertinent hits. Two that caught my attention were:

-implementing DNSSEC creates this error
- and not having reverse DNS configured

AOL also blocks all direct-to-mx traffic.
