Outlook Express sending mail Prob?

Keep getting the error below trying to send test e-mails. It is set up exactly like my 3 other accounts so what in the world am I doing wrong?

Not sure where your other 3 accounts are located but it may be that you need to use your ISP SMTP (if they block port 25).

Your ISP is blocking port 25 as the previous poster replied. You would have to use your ISPs outbound mail server or try configuring your email client to use SSL.
