FTP access and Cpanel

OK I have a domain hosted here and I have no problems with access. But I set some friends up with a new domain and hosting here. We got the email with our info but there is no access to the cpanel as of yet and ftp times out.

I called and left a message on the phone but no response so far. So I am posting here to let them know we do need access. The account is for national-aquatics.com.

post a request to the help desk - it is logged and will get faster attention than a message here or even a phone call.

If you are trying to access the CP with the domain name it wont work because the domain name does not (yet) point to PZ. Try accessing it with the IP address given in the welcome email.
