Smile No problem with Support - 09-11-2003, 11:46 AM

Not sure the types of problems everyone else is claiming to have......but I had a problem on Wednesday Sept. 10 and it was answered by Jim on Wednesday afternoon to my satisfaction.....either I am very lucky......or folks are having some pretty serious problems that can't be answered in short order. I have been with Page Zone since Feb. 2003...and have had numerous little problems that needed to get worked out....and ALL have been resolved to my satisfaction. Just wanted to add the other side of this coin.........Support appears to still be intact here and trying to do what needs to be done..........

Hi,

It seems that Jim has been MIA for a bit, but now he's back in the saddle. Excellent.

I've had a good experience so far. It's good to see Jim answering the message board again. That direct involvement is what attracted me to PZ in the first place.

Thanks Jim - 09-12-2003, 04:44 PM

Another happy customer here - thanks support (Jim?)

I just went into a panic a little earlier today when my email stopped working.

However, I opened a ticket and they jumped on the problem and solved it in a respectable time IMHO

(I was lucky I only had one client - besided myself that noticed - so I only got yelled at by one lady

Thanks for saving my butt in a timely fashion

-------
P.S. This has always been my experience with PZ - they do care ! ! They fix 'things' on their end ASAP

I think a lot of people with problems on their end /account - expect to much from PZ. I just expect them to fix server problems - not to teach me or my clients how to use the service.

Just my 0.02 worth

The problem on that was every once in a while WHM corrupts it's own file. This causes us to have to run /scripts/updateuserdomains to correct the problem. It has maybe happened about 5 times on all servers combined. It is a known bug. Nothing is perfect, especially WHM but it's a pretty powerfull tool. It can actually be fixed by a reseller by adding a domain, because the script runs each time a domain is added but that's not the best way to do it.

If mail starts rejecting the password and no domains show up in WHM it is about a 1 minute fix.
