Domain Registration Problem

Okay, I'm not sure exactly what's going on, but I signed up for the single-domain plan over a month ago and indicated in the registration process that I wanted PZ to register tombean.net for me. The server's been up and running practically since I signed up -- I can get to it with the IP addr -- but the domain still isn't pointing to it -- I don't think it's even been registered yet. I read in another thread that there were some problems with the PZ registration script not picking up the domain registration request, so I was wondering if that might be the problem. I'm pretty sure I'm doing something wrong, I just don't know what.

My apologies for posting a specific inquiry on the general support forum, but I haven't received any response to help tickets.

The domain hasn't even been registered yet. I would submit a help desk ticket again and mark it as urgent, explaining that you paid to have the domain registered, but it has not been to this point. Also, I'd request a refund for the month of hosting you've already paid for.

I didn't think PZ registered domains? I went back to their homepage and couldn't see any thing where they did...

Is there something I'm missing?

I think for awhile they had the option available, but then stopped doing it. I think when it was available, they weren't receiving the orders properly, and some domains may have not been created.

Okay, everything's been resolved. Thanks to everyone who posted and to PZ for getting everything back to normal.
