Unrouteable address? -

I have a client that cannot get email to his web account. It has worked great for him for months and then on 9/26, it stopped.
At first, I thought it was his ISP, but then I tried his actual webmail account.
If I go into his webmail account and send mail to me, I get it.
If I go into his webmail account and send it to that same address, I get
Unrouteable address
I did the email troubleshooting tool and it came up with the legend but nothing else.
This is happening on the default address of his account. I'm thinking if I deleted that and created the account again, it might repair it, but I can't delete that account.
I used the deal to report it to Jim, who replied needing more info, I sent it to him but haven't heard back yet.
Has anybody had this problem? What did ya do?
