Problems running a perl cgi script

I'm attempting to install the My Photo Album perl software on my web account and am having limited success. I have all of the necessary files installed and am able to bring up some portions of there configuration interface, however the main application page and most of the configuration pages return Internal errors from apache. The error log says:

Premature end of script headers: /home/sunshin/public_html/cgi-bin/photo/index.cgi

I do not have shell access for my account so it's difficult for me to debug what is happening. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The URL to see the error is:

try adding this line right after the bang line(#!/usr/bin/perl)

use CGI::carp qw(carpout fatalstobrowser);

This will output a more meaingful error
