How to check my reseller acct. bandwidth limit? - 02-26-2004, 03:28 AM

I have a reseller account. Neither WebHostManager nor Cpanel seems to tell me what my total allowable bandwidth is (per month, for all domains). I can see (and set) the bandwidth limits for individual domains but I can't see what the total is for all domains. I signed up more than two years ago and I don't recall what monthly bandwidth was given to me. Seems that Page Zone has different packages now and thus in checking their sales page, I didn't get the info I need.
Thanks for any help.

Lightbulb check this... - 02-26-2004, 08:04 AM

at the bottom of page:
plans and bandwidth
and in WHM at:
"Account Functions" -> "view bandwidth usage"
you will see the total bandwidth used.

whatever the plans page says is your total allowable now; (I signed up a long time ago and I think it's gone up) and you can figure out what plan you have by the $ charge you get, if you don't remember.

Just check to see how much you have under your plan and compare to the usage.

Thanks Stratplan for the info. I have always paid $19.64/month. When I signed up, my plan included 12GB/month, but maybe it was 10GB, I don't recall. I checked Page Zone's current reseller plans and those closest to my original plan are:

6GB for $12.95 per month

15GB for $24.95 per month

So, my price of $19.64/month is about in the middle of these current plan offerings.

Cool here's some assumptions - 02-26-2004, 01:26 PM

Based on your payment, I would think you are in the higher limit numbers. I expect that the pricing went up for new customers, and stayed the same for those already on board.

Here's a suggestion to find out for sure: click on the help desk link below my signature and ask. I'm sure Jim or his staff will be glad to advise you.

Any way you go, I think you will agree it is a great bargain!

I'm a little confused on this one as well -

I have a 101 domains package with 2000Mb shared storage space/ 10,000 Mb bandwidth per month (not 15,000 as listed).

This one does not appear in the list of available plans are there "inbetween" packages or am I misunderstanding something here?

and your right its a great deal anyway you look at it

Cheers

Graham

go by the 101 domains: PZ prob upped quantities.

I can't speak for them (PZ) but I bet you with 101 domains have the higher present limits on the 101 plan now.

Gartner, I misread your post:

I missed the total allowable and picked up on the total for all domains. I guess you found the WHM total OK.

I don't know where you will find the allowed unless you remember the # of domains allowed or ask PZ. Sorry for any confusion.

I sent a query to the Help Desk. They bumped it up to 15GB/month.
