FTP limit

I was trying to upload some pages today and got this message:

530 Sorry, this ftp server has reached its maximum user count (3). Please try again later

What does this mean and how long do I have to wait?

I've never seen this before.

It means you must have a dedicated IP and we didn't edit the config file to allow more than three connections (the default setting). A help desk ticket will get it fixed quickly.
