Anyone able to connect to port 26 on server 10?

I'm on server 10, but I cannot get a successful connection for SMTP on port 26. My ISP (Comcast) doesn't generally block ports (aside from NetBIOS), and I can't get it to connect from work either.

Has anyone on server 10 been able to get that port to work. I filed a trouble ticket to inquire but was told there was an SMTP server running on 26. Just trying to figure out where the block is!

Or you can connect to the SMTP server on the ISP you use for connection, to send your outgoing email, rather than the one on your page-zone account, but still connect to your POP server for incoming.
