FTP issues

I have been uploading sites to Page-Zone for over a year with no problem. Now, all of a sudden, I keep getting FTP errors when uploading a couple of PDF files. I am not above the bandwidth limits or the disk space limits. I can't figure out why this problem is happening now...I have many sites with PDF files uploaded.

On another note, I had a site go down today because the CHMOD had been changed. I didn't change it. How could that happen? I finally figured out the problem, changed it back to 755 and all is good again. How can this happen?

I have submitted help desk tickets, but have not received a response. I've read on the forum about other people having FTP issues and thought someone might be able to assist if they encountered the same problems...Guess I was wrong.

While you're waiting for an answer, post exactly what happens. Maybe I can suggest something.

I'll try a PDF upload myself, and see what happens.

Thanks so much for your response....Would you believe after trying to deal with this for over a week, the files finally uploaded today? I did submit a trouble ticket, which has not be responded to as of yet, but I'm wondering if P-Z did something to fix the issue.

I wonder what the problem could have been...But, I'm ever so relieved that these files finally uploaded. What a pain it has been!

Glad it worked out. When you submit a ticket, you'll get a response if the email address is valid. Go back to the ticket and see if there is a response. If not, add a comment that it was fixed, and see if you get a response thru email.

Today I tried logging in to WHM with a bookmark that worked since day one. After 3 hours of off and on trying, I remembered I changed the password a few weeks back, and Windows was submitting the old saved password.
