Need more bandwidth ASAP

I am currently on the 5 domain plan. However, I need more bandwidth.

Is the only option to go to the 101 Domain plan?

If so, how do I upgrade to the 101 Domain plan? I would really like to get this done before Monday.

I have filed a high priority trouble ticket but not heard a word.

Is PZ not open on weekends (for trouble tickets)?
