zip handling (problem) in File Manager

I tried to extract 111.zip via file manager
and got this error:

File Type: Zip archive data, at least v2.0 to extract
******************************************

Is there any solution to extract zip files?

CPanel won't support unzipping files created in WinZip.
They have to be created on a unix system.

There are no problem with zip files created with WinRAR 3.

But is needed to CHMOD the files later.

Can you save the file to your hard drive and unzip it?
