Spam Assassin not functioning

Last night, after about 8pm it appeared that spam assassin stopped functioning on my domain name, grapesoda.com. None of the email I'm downloading appears to be even examined by SA as there are none of the tell-tale headers and I've noticed a significant increase in spam coming to my email account, along with a matching reduction in spam going into my spam box. The only spam messages appearing in the spam box are ones I'm sending there with seperate explicit filtering.

I've submitted a trouble ticket several hours ago and still no response of any kind.

Any suggestions on what I can check in the SA config would be helpful.

I would write down any custom settings, and then disable, and enable it.
