Hi, I too have submitted a ticket marked "URGENT" and it's been three days now with no response. The ticket is still marked as OPEN and I need my problem resolved IMMEDIATELY.

If someone could please please look at it, it's ticket #VEQ-69015. I have people's domains down, and I NEED HELP!!!

I spent half an hour calling BOTH numbers listed on the contact page but no one answered.

PLEASE, SOMEONE RESPOND AND HELP!

If you could describe the problem, someone may be able to suggest something. Forum users and moderators cannot see your ticket.

oh sorry about that.. I've had the same username and pw since I've been a client and since this last week, I can't gain access.

I tried calling again today but the phones keep ringing and ringing. I've only given praises for pagezone's services but it's starting to get a bit trying on my patience.

I need access now please!
