Isn't it odd that 2 different folks have reported they're unable to access? One is a designer so I know they knew what they were doing. And they tried 2 browsers. Most odd.

I can see the file with IE and Firefox. Maybe there cache is off, or it is aol. So refresh might fix it. I tried to validate your file, but there is no encoding specified. Maybe it is that.

Have they tried a traceroute to see if a bad router might be the problem? If they are computer-savvy, maybe they could do that.

I don't ask my usual clients to do it, or they would respond "Say what?"

When I get reports of some people having trouble - I first check the domain on this speed test site (just to see if the domain is there and working)

i.e. I enter just the domain name in this site:
http://www.hostpulse.com/hosting/net.../speedtest.asp

HostPulse.com has developed a performance speed test on several web host providers to determine the response time from several locations in North and South America. Enter your website address or your web host provider's website address and compare with the rest.

This at least lets the client know that the domain is working for others.
