Why do I get an SSL alert box when using secure ports of CPanel, Webmail & WHM
The SSL certificate built into CPanel is a self signed certificate, not designed for ecommerce. It's sole purpose is to encrypt the data over the CPanel, Web Host Manager and Webmail ports, which it does, but it will always give a warning in the browser.
