The easiest way is to create a subdomain (in CPanel) then in Web Host Manager go to "Edit a DNS Zone" for that domain name and next to the subdomain change the A record from our server IP to their mail server IP. Then change the MX record (on that same page) from theirdomain.com. to subdomain.theirdomain.com. And keep the trailing dot at the end subdomain.theirdomain.com. or it won't work. -- Thank You, Jim Snape Page-Zone --
