Supporting Urgent Requests

I just submitted an "urgent" request to support. The disk is full and I can no longer upload files. It's been about 1 hour. What is the typical turnaround time for an "urgent" request?

Did you request more diskspace? Maybe you can copy a few folders to your local drive and delete them as a short term solution.
