Smile osCommerce Question - 07-27-2005, 02:14 PM

I sell one product on my website. I curently have a Wells Fargo merchant acct and I use Authorize.net to process credit cards.
I'd like to use osCommerce to create a super simple (and SECURE) order form page, something like this one:
https://secureserver16.appliedi.net/...cure/order.htm
So then, from within my website, if a potential customer decides to order my product, they click on the "Go to order form" link which would bring them to the order form. After filling it out, they click submit and the transaction is pushed through (no confirmation page, etc). I want to make the ordering process as simple and fast as possible with as few screens as possible.
Can this be done (in a secure manner) with osCommerce? Is it fairly easy to implement in osCommerce?
Thanks.

Did you read all you can on the osCommerce site?

There are some forums to ask specific questions like yours, at osCommerce Forums

Unless someone here has actually used osCommerce, with the way you want to, I doubt if you will get an authoritative answer.

One more thing: a secure site/cart is another ball game. To get and install a certificate, is, in my opinion, not for the faint of heart. Good luck.

I use oscommerce. As for you question. I would say I could make it do so but if you could acomplish it I have no idea. RTFM and use the oscommerce forum would be your best bet. Look at the add-ons, there may be a "simple" module.
