Wordpress installation issues. Hitting 406 errors

Hello all,
I'm having some problems installing wordpress. When install.php is opened through a web browser, a 406 error is returned. I've checked the obvious file permissions and they seem to be fine. A check through Google suggests that it may be a mod_security setting in Apache. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Did some more testing, and it looks like any directory with the name "wp-" is made inaccessible. Since the directories in wordpress all begin with "wp-" it makes all those directories and the file inside inaccessible with a 406. Can anyone confirm/deny this? Thanks.

Submitted a ticket last night, and it was fixed this morning!
