Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My prices displayed for items in my cart are showing as if they have taxes already added for some reason. I have checked the shipping & handling fee and that is not what is reflected. The tax rate for my state is 7%. It appears as though all of my prices are showing a 7% increase in the directory, plus the 7% tax is being added at checkout. As always, I will appreciate your help. Thanks.
