New problem with posting anything with an apostrophe today (8/29/2006). Anyone else? Security patch related?

Any single quote in any POST to the webserver is causing 403 errors to occur. My sites on wwwroot9 are all effected.

This is unacceptable.

The issue seems to have been resolved. Could y'all comment regarding what was done to fix the situation? The following sites should have error logs that show the error:

I think you'll have to post some of the errors from your cpanel or phpbb error logs.
