Alternative ways to contact Page-Zone?

Is there an alternative way to contact the Page-Zone staff to resolve technical issues other than support tickets and posting on the message board?

The listed phone number does not work.

I have tickets for issues going back a week that are still unresolved. There is a limit to patience when sites do not function a week after an unannounced server move and the resulting problems due to the transfer method.
