CPanel Unactivated License File

Sorry to post here for support, but it seems that I can't communicate throught the help desk, as may people.

well, this is the error I get when I try to log in to my reseller account at pelikanol.com "Unactivated License File"

thats urgent.

and then I have another issue that I've been trying to get you to resolve for more than a month.

the issue with this domain is that when I log in to the ftp I don't have permissions to even see the directories or something like that, to put it short, I can't access my files, the website on that domain is accessible though the web though.
