This should be a help desk ticket, but I can't get the help desk system to work (won't send registration confirmation emails to me).
My store makes a connection to the Canada Post servers and needs to receive a response on port 30000. This has worked fine up until today (??) and now I get a server timeout response. I saw this before when you switched servers on me, and it was corrected after putting in a help desk ticket. Can you please fix it again?
