I put in a ticket last week on the old help desk as I cannot log into the new help desk (some maddening roundabout!) - the problem:
before the server move (Nov 2006) my client's CGIemail that collected contact info off thier "Contact Us" page worked BEAUTIFULLY.
Now this is what they get:
the "From" line reads:
ptclinic@sountbend-114.pgzn.com (this SHOULD be the email address of the one who filled out the form)
The form lists "Email Address" - which also should read the sender's email addy,
The bottom line: people request information but because the form will NOT fill out the Email Address line AND the FROM line is completely wierd (the domain name is: ptclinicjax.com) we cannot respond to requests!
How do I fix this? There was NO change in the format or page other than the pages were moved by Page Zone from one server to another.
I have tried rewriting the page, thoroughly checked the format of the form, even deleted the cgiemail.bin program and reinstalled it via Control Panel.
