I have been with Page Zone for 4 years and I have several sites hosted by them. I have always had 5 fixed (and unique) IP addresses. In late January, I'd always be charged $90 (5 x $18/IP address) for the unique IP's. This Jan I noticed I wasn't charged. So I pinged each of my sites and noticed that they all have the same IP #. I was never told that my sites would now move to a shared IP. Has anyone else had this problem? I would like to get back to my original (ie. 5 unique IP #'s) configuration. Jim if you are reading this, please help me. I have submitted tickets on other issues but they are not getting answered so I'm posting this issue here.
PS. I'm on server 4 and one of my sites is:
CAR REPAIR CD-ROM TO TROUBLESHOOT CAR PROBLEMS and Avoid Auto Repairs
Also, if you could move my sites to a faster server, I would appreciate that since my sites are loading very slowly on server 4.
