Viewing CPanel without dns name

Is there a way to view our site controls without a dns name? We moved a dns name from pointing to this site to pointing to another location and now need to access phpMyAdmin for the site located here.

How do I do this without moving the DNS name back (no longer possible to do, technically possible, but not business i-get-to-keep-my-job possible).

Use the IP address of your server and port number like this (example is for sb34)

http://8.9.24.34:2082 ](non-secure link) **
https://8.9.24.34:2083/ (secure link)

(** extra space after 2082 was added to fool the forum "feature" that keeps changing that to a named link and hiding the actual URL.)
